Can I return my pump?

How long will it take for me to receive my pump?

The Israel launch date is set to February 2023. The launch date for the UK is estimated for mid-2023, and the US for late 2023. Confirmed dates will be set after CE/FDA approval. For more information about the launch or joining the waitlist please leave us a message here.

Where can I buy the pump?

You can order our pump on our website, or at any Shilav store in Israel.

Can I order Annabella outside of Israel?

Annabella currently has a delivery service only in Israel. You are welcome to reach out to our customer support for additional information and support

My vacuum suction is very weak, the pump has no vacuum suction

There are several causes that might have an impact on the milk vacuum of the breast pump. The first and most common reason is failing to replace the cleanable parts in a timely manner. It’s very important to replace all the cleanable parts of the Annabella breast pump every three months (or even every two months if you use the pump multiple times a day for an extended period of time). A part of the pump has been broken, what should I do?

Insurance and warranty

Can Annabella be purchased via HMOs?

At the moment Annabella can only be purchased via the website or at Shilav stores. You can of course contact your medical insurance or HMO and ask whether your personal plan provides refunds for purchasing breastfeeding products.

General Questions

How often should I replace the parts of the Annabella breast pump?

It’s very important to replace the parts of the pump at least every three months to maintain the efficiency of the suction and to avoid damaging your milk production.

Are there other sizes of breast shields besides 21-24 mm?

Can Annabella be used without activating the tongue?

Of course! We recommend not working with the pump without the tongue action, as it impacts the efficiency of the breast pump. Is the pump suited for a pumping bra?
